Sportsbook UX / UI improvements

Project description: The current sportsbooks for Ladbrokes and Coral are very dated and are in need of improvement. Working in a small team the following areas were highlighted to be addressed and incorporated in a proposal to the wider company:
1. Simplification
2. Modular approach
3. New modern navigation patterns
4. Personalisation
5. Gamified user onboarding
6. Integrated stats and insights
7. Engaging live betting
8. AI integration
